Lisa Lessing is a top-level swim coach who works with swimmers of all levels, from beginners to advanced. She has also been a certified sports massage therapist for over 32 years. A former collegiate swimmer at James Maddison University and a professional triathlete for eight years, Lisa brings a strong mix of technical skills, competitive experience, and practical insight to her coaching. At Boulder Coaching, she helps clients build solid swimming skills, improve techniques, and work toward their personal goals by tailoring workouts to individual needs.
