2020 Winter Training Camp

Boulder Coaching Triathlon  Camp in Clermont, FL

Feb 19th to 23rd, 2020 hosted by your Coach's Simon and Darren.

The Camp's focus will be on warm weather training, getting to know fellow clients and getting great instruction from your coaches.

We will be staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites.

2200 Easy Highway 50, Clermont, Florida, 34711...(352-536-6600)

Each Camper will have a single room...unless they would like to share with someone in a double. 

We will have access to the National Training Center for Swim Workouts/Track Workouts/Weight Room. 

Camp is limited to 20 athletes and based on the "first come first served" basis. Non Boulder Coaching Friends ARE welcome!

Wednesday, Feb 19th 

4:30 pm 4 miles shake-out as group (Meet in Lobby)


6:30 pm (Meet in Loby)

Thursday, Feb 20th

7:00 am Easy Shake-Out Run (5 miles) Drills @ NTC Track


9:30 - 11:00 pm   Swim @ NTC (Meet on pool deck ready to swim)

2:00 pm   Bike Ride - 2 hours (Meet in Lobby)

6:00 pm   Dinner as a Group (Meet in Lobby)

Friday, Feb 21st

7:15 am Interval Track Workout @ NTC (Meet in Lobby)

8 x 800 with 2 min active rest 


10:30-11:45 am Swim Workout - Easy Workout  (Meet on pool deck ready to swim)


2:00 pm   Recovery Bike Ride - 90 minutes (Meet in Lobby)

 Easy ride on flat road

4:30 pm   Optional Weights/Core Work (Meet in Lobby)

6:00 pm

 Dinner as a Group (Meet in Lobby)


Saturday, Feb 22nd


9:00 am - Long Bike 2-3 hours with Sag Wagon (Meet in Lobby)

2:30 – 4:00 pm - Swim Workout – (Meet at pool ready to swim)

6:00 pm

Sunday Feb 23rd

07:00 am

8-12 miles long easy run…sag wagon with fluids (Meet in Lobby)
