Lisa has been providing sports massage to top athletes including pro-triathletes, Olympic cyclists, bodybuilders and runners since 1993. She specializes in Sports Massage and Myofascial Massage. Lisa's massage will help prevent build up of harmful fatigue products resulting from strenuous exercise and injury. It will increase blood supply and nutrition to all the muscles.
